Murray is a co-founder and director of the firm. He advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a special interest in technology, high-growth businesses, and life sciences. He is known for his clear, pragmatic advice and adept handling of M&A and capital raising transactions.
Murray advises clients on a broad range of issues from day-to-day commercial contracts, technology projects, and corporate governance issues through to significant transactions such as M&A transactions, capital raising (for both companies and investors), shareholder arrangements and employee share schemes, joint ventures, and legal structuring.

He has previously spent over six years advising on top-tier international M&A transactions and commercial arrangements with magic circle law firm Clifford Chance (based out of Europe). Murray brings unique insights into deal-making across different cultures in both emerging and mature markets from his time working with investment banks, private equity houses, and private and listed companies around the world.
Murray holds double honours degrees in Law and Commerce (accountancy and finance).
