I work across corporate and commercial matters focused on supporting high-growth tech companies and their investors. I’m part of the Avid.legal team that is helping strengthen New Zealand’s tech ecosystem, partnering with founders and investors to turn vision into venture. My journey began with Young Enterprise in high school and continued through Velocity at the University of Auckland, where I discovered how legal work can help innovators thrive. At Avid I primarily assist companies and investors with capital raising and ownership matters, governance arrangements, employee share schemes, commercial contracting, and M&A transactions.
