I enjoy helping ambitious people turn ideas into successful businesses. Working alongside founders, investors, boards, and management teams is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice, particularly when I can help clients navigate important milestones and achieve their strategic objectives.
My experience spans a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, corporate structuring, and governance advice. I have worked with businesses at different stages of growth and understand the commercial realities that underpin legal decisions.
I am particularly interested in New Zealand's venture capital ecosystem and the role it plays in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. The opportunity to contribute to the growth of high-potential companies and help strengthen New Zealand's startup community is something I find genuinely exciting.
