I’m part of the M&A team here at Avid, where I support Kiwi businesses at any stage to achieve their objectives. My work focuses on a range of corporate transactions including share sales, business transfers, and capital raises. I regularly assist with the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, corporate approvals, and completion processes.

My experience includes supporting due diligence investigations, implementing employee share option plans (ESOPs), and assisting clients to meet their corporate governance obligations.

Alongside this, I’m continuing to build my commercial awareness and gain insight into how transactions are structured and executed in practice. I am focused on developing strong commercial judgement and delivering practical, solutions-focused advice that supports clients through key stages of their growth. I enjoy being part of a collaborative team and contributing to transactions that help businesses succeed both in New Zealand and internationally.
