Since joining Avid in 2023, I’ve advised clients on raising capital, drafting key corporate governance documents, facilitating M&A transactions and implementing employee share schemes.
I have a keen interest in being at the forefront of technological innovation and am driven by a desire to champion emerging businesses specialising in pioneering fields such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and renewable energy. I enjoy collaborating with clients that are actively shaping the future of technology and sustainability to overcome legal challenges.
