I’m a co-founder and director of Avid.legal.
I bring energy, a keen interest in business, and a practical approach to each engagement I’m involved in. I get excited about all things growth!
A large part of my practice involves working with high-growth enterprises and helping them achieve their mission-critical goals. This spans across day-to-day contracting and strategic projects, capital raising, shareholder arrangements, employee share schemes, international market expansion, and legal structuring.
In addition to high-growth enterprises, I also regularly advise many angel, venture, private equity, and corporate investors (locally and offshore) on their investments, which gives me balanced insights across the capital raising spectrum.
In our industry, I’ve earned respect for my work with technology M&A and venture transactions. This work, along with my industry efforts, also saw me awarded the Kotahitanga Award for outstanding contribution to the industry from the Angel Association of New Zealand.
Despite 20+ years of experience working with high-growth enterprises, I am always looking to improve how I provide legal services.
