As a consultant of Avid.legal, I specialise in corporate and commercial law. I pride myself on providing clear and effective advice to assist my clients in achieving their commercial objectives.
I advise on joint ventures, alliance, and other commercial transactions across a wide range of industries and sectors including telecommunications, technology, energy, defence, and infrastructure. I’m also highly experienced in advising on major procurements, operational and structural governance issues and regulatory compliance.
I act for clients in both the private and public sectors, including advising clients dealing with Government. I’m also on the boards of charitable trusts in the sport and social development sectors, and on two major government project boards.
