Bruno is a co-founder and director of the firm. He has a strong commercial and technology focus, and regularly advises on M&A transactions. Bruno brings energy, a keen interest in business, and a practical approach to each engagement he is involved in.

A good part of Bruno’s practice involves working with technology and high-growth businesses. He works with clients on day-to-day contracting and strategic projects, capital raising, shareholder arrangements and employee share schemes, international market expansion, legal structuring.

He also advises many investors, giving him a balanced insight across the capital raising spectrum. Clients include angel clubs and investor syndicates, and one of New Zealand’s most active high-growth technology investment funds. Bruno is a Board member of AngelHQ (Wellington based Angel investment club)
